What? You want to return your Spikeball™ product? It’s ok, we won’t take it personally. Maybe.

If you are less than ecstatic with your Spikeball™ item, you can exchange it or return it for a refund within one year of purchase (upon proof of purchase). Simply fill out the form linked to the order confirmation email, and we will send you a prepaid return label. Once we have confirmation that you have shipped back your item, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment. The original shipping cost will be refunded as well.
